XLIII.— An Act *for the Relief of the Heirs of the late Major Thomas Noel, United States Army.* Feb. 3, 1853. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the settlement of the Settlement of the accounts of the late Major Thomas Noel.accounts of the late Major Thomas Noel, United States army, the proper accounting officers of the Treasury be, and they are hereby required to pass to his credit all payments and disbursements which were honestly and faithfully made by him while acting as a disbursing officer, any irregularity or informality in the vouchers by him received and on file to the contrary notwithstanding.
