XLII.— An Act *for the Relief if Jacob Young.* Feb. 3, 1853. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Jacob Young, to be placed on the pension roll at $8 per mouth from December 8, 1851, during his life.be required to place the name of Jacob Young upon the pension roll, and pay to him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month during his life, said pension to commence on the eighth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-one.
