Chap. XLI.— An Act for the Relief of the Administrator of Thomas Wishart. Jan. 18, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, required to pay, out of any money in thePayment to representatives of Thomas Wishart. treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal representative or representatives of Thomas Wishart, late a lieutenant in the continental line of the army of the United States in the war of the Revolution, five years’ full pay of a lieutenant of infantry.
