Chap. XII.— An Act *to extend the Time for selling the Lands granted to the Kentucky Asylum for teaching the Deaf and Dumb.* March 11, 1852. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the further time Time for selling the lands granted to the Kentucky Asylum for the deaf and dumb extended. 1826, ch. 24. 1827, ch. 8, § 3. 1830, ch. 88. 1836, ch. 61. 1838, ch. 81. 1840, ch. 89. 1842, ch. 19. 1843, ch. 139. 1847, ch. 11.of five years, from and after the expiration of the time heretofore allowed, be, and the same is hereby allowed and permitted “The trustees of the Centre College of Kentucky,” who are also trustees of the Kentucky Asylum for teaching the deaf and dumb, to sell the lands heretofore granted said asylum, and confirmed to said trustees, for the use of said asylum, by acts of Congress heretofore passed.
