Chap. XCIX.— An Act for the Relief of the Heirs of Larkin Smith. Feb. 13, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of thePayment to representatives of Larkin Smith. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to the legal representatives of Larkin Smith, five years’ full pay of a captain of cavalry, the same being due the said Larkin Smith for services as a captain of cavalry in the army of the United States, in the war of the Revolution. Approved, February 13, 1855.
