Chap. XCIV.— An Act to provide a Pension for Edmund Mitchell, of Carroll County, in the State of Kentucky. Feb. 13, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Edmund Mitchell to be placed on pension roll, at $8 per month, from March 1, 1854. That the name of Edmund Mitchell, of Carroll county, in the State of Kentucky, be placed upon the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the first day of March, eighteen hundred and fifty-four. Approved, February 13, 1855.
