Chap. XCII.— An Act for the Relief of John H. Hicks, of Indiana. Feb. 13, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * John H. Hicks to be placed on pension roll That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, instructed to place the name of John H. Hicks, of Indiana, upon the list of invalid pensioners, at the rate of eight dollars per month, from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-three, and to continue during his natural life. Approved, February 13, 1855.
