Chap. XC.— An Act for the Relief of George Elliott. Feb. 13, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension of Geo. Elliot increased to $8 per month, from Jan. 1, 1852. That George Elliott, of Franklin county, Missouri, shall be allowed a pension of eight dollars a month, instead of the pension of six dollars a month which he is now receiving, 1836, ch. 149.under a special act of Congress, said increase of pension to commence and be calculated from the first day of January, Anno Domini eighteen hundred and fifty-two, when his proof of total disability was perfected. Approved, February 13, 1855.
