Chap. VI.— An Act *for the Relief of Lewis B. Willis, late a Paymaster in the Army of the United States.* Jan. 24, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Lewis B. Willis to be paid $583,50.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized, from any money in the Trea-774THIRTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. I. Willis, late a Paymaster in the Army of the United States, the sum of five hundred and ninety-three dollars and fifty cents, that being a balance ascertained to be due to him from the United States by a verdict and judgment rendered in the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Approved, January 24, 1854.
