LXXV.— An Act *for the Relief of Moses Olmstead.* June 29, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Moses Olmstead to be placed on the pension roll at $8 per month from January 20, 1853, during his life.be authorized and directed to place the name of Moses Olmstead THIRTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 76, 77, 78, 88, 89. 1854. 783on the list of invalid pensioners, and pay him, during his life, a pension of eight dollars per month; said pension to commence on the twentieth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-three.
