Chap. LXXIX.— An Act for the Relief of John Cole. Feb. 13, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * John Cole to have pension of $96 a year for life, in lieu of other pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to John Cole, of Lake county, Ohio, now a pensioner of the United States, the sum of ninety-six dollars 852 THIRTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 80, 81, 82, 83, 84. 1855. per annum, in lieu of any pension heretofore allowed to him, such pension to be computed from the day of the passage of this act, and to be continued during his natural life.
