Chap. LXVI.— An Act for the Relief of the Heirs-at-Law of William Van Wart, deceased. Feb. 10, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of thePayment to children of Wm. Van Wart. Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to the children of William Van Wart, deceased, late a pensioner of the United States, a sum equal to forty dollars per annum, from the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-one, to the date of the death of said deceased. Approved, February 10, 1855.
