LXIII.— An Act *for the Relief of Benjamin Rowe.* June 22, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Benjamin Rowe to be placed on the pension roll, at $8 per month from January 1, 1854, for his natural life.be, and is hereby, required to place the name of Benjamin Rowe on the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and fifty four, and to continue during his natural life.
