Chap. LVII.— An Act *for the Relief of Maurice K. Simons.* Feb. 5, 1853. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the name of Maurice Maurice K. Simons to be placed on pension roll at $8 per month during his life.K. Simons shall be placed upon the roll of invalid pensioners, at the rate of eight dollars per month during his life, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 5, 1853.
