Chap. LVI.— An Act *for the Relief of the Legal Representatives of Bernard Todd, deceased.* Feb. 5, 1853. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Representatives of Bernard Todd to be paid $4,315 00.Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any unappropriated money in the Treasury, to the legal representatives of Bernard Todd, late of Baltimore County, Maryland, deceased, the sum of four thousand three hundred and fifteen dollars, the same being the appraised value of the buildings of the said Bernard Todd, which were THIRTY-SECOND CONGRESS.
