Chap. L.— An Act to Repeal an Act for the Relief of the Legal Representatives of Samuel Prioleau, deceased. Jan. 31, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the act entitled “AnAct of 1854, ch. 123, for relief of representatives of S. Prioleau, repealed. act for the relief of the legal representatives of Samuel Prioleau, deceased,” approved July twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and fifty-four, be, and the same is hereby repealed. Approved, January 31, 1855.
