Chap. CXX.— An Act *for the Relief of James H. Jenkins.* March 3, 1853. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Postmaster-General James H. Jenkins to be paid $3,198.be, and he is hereby directed to pay to James H. Jenkins, late contractor for carrying the mails, out of any moneys appropriated for the transport-764THIRTY-SECOND CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 121, 122, 123, 124. 1853.ation of the mails, the sum of three thousand one hundred and ninety-eight dollars, for damages actually incurred by him, by reason of an older of the postmaster changing the route upon which he had contracted to run between Knoxville and Sparta, Tennessee.
