Chap. CXV.— An Act for the Relief of William Hagerty. Feb. 17, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Wm. Hagerty to be paid $964.80, in full for claim. That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to William Hagerty, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of nine hundred and sixty-four dollars and eighty cents, in full payment of his claim for grading the street around the Capitol in closure. Approved, February 17, 1855.
