Chap. CXIII.— An Act *for the Relief of Harlow Spaulding.* March 3, 1853. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Harlow Spaulding, payment to.Treasury be, and is hereby authorized and required to pay to Harlow Spaulding, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the usual compensation allowed naval storekeepers in foreign places, for the time he acted in that capacity at Port Mahon and at Spezzia, after deducting the amount received by him as compensation for his services as clerk.
