Chap. CXI.— An Act *for the Relief of Jasper A. Maltby.* March 3, 1853. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Commissioner of Land warrant to issue to Jasper A. Maltby.Pensions be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue to Jasper A. Maltby, his heirs or assigns, a certificate or warrant for one hundred and sixty acres of land, in conformity with an act of eleventh February, eighteen hundred and forty-seven, entitled “An act to raise for a limited 1847, ch. 8.time, an additional military force, and for other purposes.” Approved, March 3, 1853.
