CV.— An Act *making an Appropriation for a Territorial Road in the Territory of Nebraska.* Feb. 17, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That for the purpose of constructing Appropriation for road in Nebraska.a territorial road from a point on the Missouri River, (opposite the city of Council Bluffs,) in the Territory of Nebraska, to New Fort Kearney, in said territory, there be, and hereby is, appropriated the sum of fifty thousand dollars. Approved, February 17, 1855.
