Chap. CLXXXI.— An Act for the Relief of the Heirs of Lieutenant Andrew Finly. March 3, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay to Nancy 864 THIRTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 182, 183, 184, 185. 1855. Payment to Nancy Hough.Hough, formerly Nancy Finly, for herself and the heirs of Andrew Finly, late a lieutenant in the Pennsylvania line in the continental establishment of the war of the Revolution, one year’s extra pay of a lieutenant in said service, as promised in the resolves of Congress, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
