Chap. CLXXVI.— An Act for the Relief of Andrew H. Patterson. March 3, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the Andrew H. Patterson to be paid $6,802, for mail bags.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay to Andrew H. Patterson, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six thousand eight hundred and two dollars, for mail bags manufactured by him under a contract with the Post-Office Department entered into on the twenty-third of May, eighteen hundred and forty. Approved, March 3, 1855.
