Chap. CLXX.— An Act *to appropriate Money to remove the Obstructions in the Savannah River, below the City of Savannah, in the State of Georgia.* March 3, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the sum of one hundred Appropriation to remove obstructions in the Savannah River.and sixty-one thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of any money not heretofore appropriated, to remove the obstructions in the Savannah River, below the city of Savannah, in the State of Georgia, placed there during the revolutionary war, for the common defence. Approved, March 3, 1855.
