CLXVIII.— An Act *to provide for the erection of Public Buildings in the Territory of Nebraska.* March 3, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the sum of fifty thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Appropriation for public buildings in Nebraska.treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of public buildings in the Territory of Nebraska, to be expended under the direction of the governor of said territory: *Provided,* Said money, or any part thereof, shall not be expended until the legislature shall have fixed by law the permanent seat of government.
