Chap. CLX.— An Act for the Relief of William G. Preston. March 2, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the sum of three hundred and seventy-five dollars and twenty-five cents be, and the same is hereby,Wm. G. Preston to be paid $375.25. appropriated, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, and that the same be paid to William G. Preston, late a captain in the war with Mexico, to reimburse him for subsisting his command, and foraging the horses of his company, from Ozark to Washington, in Hempstead county, in the State of Arkansas. Approved, March 2, 1855.
