Chap. CLVI.— An Act for the Relief of Charles H. Pointer. March 2, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Chas. H. Pointer to be placed on pension roll, at $8 per month, for life, from Jan. 1, 1854. That the Secretary of the Interior be directed to place the name of Charles H. Pointer upon the roll of invalid pensioners of the United States, at the rate of eight dollars per month, and that the said pension commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-four, and continue during his life. Approved, March 2, 1855.
