Chap. CLIX.— An Act for the Relief of William. G. Howison. March 2, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That William G. Howison beW. G. Howison to be allowed $167 in full. allowed by the proper accounting officers of the treasury, the sum of one hundred and sixty-seven dollars, in full for all services as a member of the Auxiliary Guard of the city of Washington.
