Chap. CL.— An Act for the Relief of the Heirs and Legal Representatives of Joseph Savage, deceased. March 2, 1855. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, required to pay, out of any money in theRepresentative of Joseph Savage to be paid five years’ full pay in full. treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal representatives of Joseph Savage, deceased, five years’ full pay of a surgeon’s mate in the continental line of the army of the Revolution, being the full amount of the sum due to the said Joseph Savage, deceased, for commutation of halfpay as surgeon’s mate in the Virginia continental line of the revolutionary army: *Provided,* That the said sum shall be received in full of all demands against the government on this account.
