Chap. CIX.— An Act *for the Relief of Gardner Herring.* March 3, 1853. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Gardner Herring to be placed on the pension roll at $8 per month from January 1, 1845, for life.be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of Gardner Herring, of the State of Ohio, upon the invalid pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-five, and to continue during his natural life.
