Chap. CCXL.— An Act *for the Relief of Rosalie Caxillo.* Aug. 4, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That, upon the relinquishment Rosalie Caxillo authorized to surrender a lot of land and take another. 1646, ch. 121.by Rosalie Caxillo and her children (being the widow and heirs of Jose Caxillo, late of Mississippi) of their right, title, and interest, in and to a certain quarter-section of land granted by Congress to the said Jose Caxillo, for his relief and indemnity, it shall be the duty of the proper officers of the Government to issue to the said Rosalie a warrant for one quarter-section of land, to be located on any land belonging to the Government, subject to private entry, in the Augusta Land District of Mississippi.
