Chap. CCXIII.— An Act *for the Relief of William H. Weirick.* Aug. 3, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of War be, and $576,26 to be paid to Wm. H. Weirick for mileage, &c.he is hereby, directed to pay to William H. Weirick, late a second lieutenant in company G, of Colonel J. D. Stevenson’s regiment of New York Volunteers, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five hundred and seventy-six dollars and twenty-six cents, the amount of mileage from California to New York, and two month’s pay, as paid to the other officers and soldiers of said regiment.
