Chap. CCXII.— An Act *for the Relief of Charlotte S. Westcott.* Aug. 3, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the C. S. Westcott to be placed on the pension roll, at $20 per month, for ten years, from January 1, 1854. Proviso.Interior be, and lie is hereby, directed to place the name of the said Charlotte S. Westcott upon the pension rolls, and cause to be paid to her the sum of twenty dollars per month, for the term of ten years, commencing on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and fifty-four: *Provided,* That in case of the marriage or death of the said Charlotte S.
Westcott, the pension hereby granted shall be paid to her two children, or the survivor of them. Approved, August 3, 1854.
