CCVIII.— An Act *for the Relief of Daniel Steenrod.* Aug. 3, 1854. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the petition of Daniel The petition, &c., of D. Steenrod referred to the Secretary of War, who is to ascertain and pay the sum found to be due thereon.Steenrod, with the accompanying documents and depositions, be referred to the Secretary of War, who is hereby authorized to ascertain what is justly and equitably due the said petitioner thereon, and to pay such sum as may be found due, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, Aug. 3, 1854.
