XXVIII.— An Act *to continue in force the Act “for ascertaining the fees in admiralty proceedings in the District Courts of the United States, and for other purposes.”*Feb. 25, 1795.[Expired.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United*Act continued one year, &c. *States of America in Congress assembled,* That the act, intituled “An act to ascertain the fees in admiralty proceedings in the district courts1793, ch. 20. of the United States, and for other purposes,” be, and is hereby continued in force, for the term of one year from the passing of this act, and from thence to the end of the next session of Congress, and no longer. Approved, February 25, 1795.
