Chap. XIX.— An Act *in addition to the act entitled “An act to regulate the pay of the non-commissioned officers, musicians and privates of the Militia of the United States, when called into actual service, and for other purposes.”*Jan. 29, 1795.[Obsolete.] Augmentation of bounty rendered more general.*Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the augmentation of bounty authorized by the fifth section of the act, entitled “An act to 1795, ch. 9.regulate the pay of the non-commissioned officers, musicians and privates of the militia of the United States, when called into actual service, and for other purposes,” shall be allowed and paid to such recruits as shall have enlisted after the passing of the said act, or as shall hereafter enlist, in like manner as is by the said act provided in cases of enlistment after the first day of January next.
