XIII.— An Act *for allowing full mileage to the members of the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States.*July 6, 1797. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,*[Obsolete.] That at the present extraordinary meeting and session of Congress, the respective membersAnte, p. 448. of the Senate and of the House of Representatives shall be entitled to receive a full allowance of mileage, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
