XI.— An Act *providing for the payment of certain instalments of foreign debts; and, of the third instalment due on a loan made of the Bank of the United States.*Jan. 8, 1795.[Obsolete.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United*Certain instalments of debt how to be paid. *States of America, in Congress assembled,* That the President of the United States be, and he hereby is authorized and empowered to cause any instalments of the foreign debts, which may fall due in the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety-five, and also the third instalment due on a loan made of the Bank of the United States, in pursuance of the eleventh section of the act for incorporating the subscribers to the1791, ch. 10. said bank, to be paid out of the proceeds of any foreign loans heretofore made.
