Chap. LXXIII.— An Act *establishing an annual salary for the Surveyor of the port of Gloucester.*July 14, 1798. [Obsolete.]*Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there be allowed to the surveyor of the port of Gloucester, in the state of Massachusetts, the yearly salary of two hundred and fifty dollars; to commence from the last day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety-seven.
