## SEC. 202 EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY FOR OPERATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS REGIONAL OFFICE IN MANILA, THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES **[**[38 U.S.C. 315 note](/us/usc/t38/s315)**]** Section 315(b) is amended by striking “December 31, 2012” and inserting “December 31, 2013”. Such section 315 shall be carried out as amended by this section notwithstanding the date described in section 151 of the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2013.
