## SEC. 906 GRANTS AND CONTRACTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORPHAN DRUGS ###
(a)Qualified Testing Definition Section 5(b)(1)(A)(ii) of the Orphan Drug Act (21 U.S.C. 360ee(b)(1)(A)(ii)) is amended by striking “after the date such drug is designated under section 526 of such Act and”. ###
(b)Authorization of Appropriations Section 5(c) of the Orphan Drug Act (21 U.S.C. 360ee(c)) is amended to read as follows: > > ### “(c) Authorization of Appropriations > > For grants and contracts under subsection (a), there is authorized to be appropriated $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2013 through 2017.” > .
