## SEC. 307 STREAMLINED HIRING AUTHORITY TO SUPPORT ACTIVITIES RELATED TO HUMAN GENERIC DRUGS **[**[21 U.S.C. 379d-3](/us/usc/t21/s379d-3)**]** Section 714, as added by section 208 of this Act, is amended— ####
(1)by amending subsection
(b)to read as follows: > > ### “(b) Activities Described > > The activities described in this subsection are— > > > #### “(1) > > activities under this Act related to the process for the review of device applications (as defined in section 737(8)); and > > > #### “(2) > > activities under this Act related to human generic drug activities (as defined in section 744A).” > ; and ####
(2)by amending subsection
