## SEC. 207 SUNSET CLAUSE ### (b)2 Previous Sunset Provision ####

(1)In general **[**[21 U.S.C. 379i note](/us/usc/t21/s379i)**]** Section 217 of the Food and Drug Administration Amendments Act of 2007 (Title II of Public Law 110-85) is repealed. ####

(2)Conforming amendment The Food and Drug Administration Amendments Act of 2007 (Public Law 110-85) is amended in the table of contents in section 2, by striking the item relating to section 217. 2Subsection

(a)of section 207 was repealed effective on October 1, 2017 by section 210(c) of Public Law 115–52 ###

(c)Technical Clarification Effective September 30, 2007— ####

(1)**[**[21 U.S.C. 379i note](/us/usc/t21/s379i)**]** section 107 of the Medical Device User Fee and Modernization Act of 2002 (Public Law 107-250) is repealed; and ####

(2)the table of contents in section 1(b) of such Act is amended by striking the item related to section 107.
