## SEC. 202 DEFINITIONS Section 737 (21 U.S.C. 379i) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (9), by striking “**incurred**” after “**expenses**”; ####
(2)in paragraph (10), by striking “**October 2001**” and inserting “**October 2011**”; and ####
(3)in paragraph (13), by striking “**is required to register**” and all that follows through the end of paragraph
(13)and inserting the following: “**is registered (or is required to register) with the Secretary under section 510 because such establishment is engaged in the manufacture, preparation, propagation, compounding, or processing of a device.**”.
