## SEC. 105 SUNSET DATES ### (c)1 Previous Sunset Provision ####
(1)In general **[**[21 U.S.C. 379g note](/us/usc/t21/s379g)**]** Section 106 of the Food and Drug Administration Amendments Act of 2007 (Public Law 110-85) is repealed. ####
(2)Conforming amendment The Food and Drug Administration Amendments Act of 2007 (Public Law 110-85) is amended in the table of contents in section 2, by striking the item relating to section 106. 1Subsections
(a)and
(b)of section 105 were repealed effective on October 1, 2017 by section 104(c) of Public Law 115–52. ###
(d)Technical Clarifications ####
(1)Effective September 30, 2007— #####
(A)**[**[21 U.S.C. 379g note](/us/usc/t21/s379g)**]** section 509 of the Prescription Drug User Fee Amendments Act of 2002 (Title V of Public Law 107-188) is repealed; and #####
(B)the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002 (Public Law 107-188) is amended in the table of contents in section 1(b), by striking the item relating to section 509. ####
(2)Effective September 30, 2002— #####
(A)**[**[21 U.S.C. 379g note](/us/usc/t21/s379g)**]** section 107 of the Food and Drug Administration Modernization Act of 1997 (Public Law 105-115) is repealed; and #####
(B)the table of contents in section 1(c) of such Act is amended by striking the item related to section 107. ####
(3)**[**[21 U.S.C. 379g note](/us/usc/t21/s379g)**]** Effective September 30, 1997, section 105 of the Prescription Drug User Fee Act of 1992 (Public Law 102-571) is repealed.
