## SECTION 1 SHORT TITLE.1 **[**[5 U.S.C. 13101 note](/us/usc/t5/s13101)**]** This Act may be cited as the “Representative Louise McIntosh Slaughter Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act” or the “STOCK Act”. 1Amendments made by section 4(c)(11), (12), (15), and
(16)of Public Law 117–286 were carried out to various sections of this Act to reflect the probable intent of Congress. The amendments by such Public Law should have included “Representative Louse McIntosh Slaughter” at the beginning of the referenced Act.
