## SEC. 815 FLOOD PLANNING ###
(a)Study The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, in consultation with the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, shall conduct a review and submit to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report on the state of preparedness and response capability for airports located in flood plains to respond to and seek assistance in rebuilding after catastrophic flooding. ###
(b)Eligibility of Demolition and Rebuilding of Properties Section 1366(e) of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4104c(e)) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(6) Eligibility of demolition and rebuilding of properties > > The Director shall consider as an eligible activity the demolition and rebuilding of properties to at least base flood levels or higher, if required by the Director or if required by any State or local ordinance, and in accordance with project implementation criteria established by the Director.” > .
