## SEC. 702 EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO LIMIT THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY OF AIR CARRIERS ARISING OUT OF ACTS OF TERRORISM The first sentence of section 44303(b) is amended by striking “ending on” and all that follows through “the Secretary may certify” and inserting “ending on December 31, 2013, the Secretary may certify”.
