## SEC. 510 AVIATION NOISE COMPLAINTS **[**[49 U.S.C. 47501 note](/us/usc/t49/s47501)**]** Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, each owner or operator of a large hub airport (as defined in section 40102(a) of title 49, United States Code) shall publish on an Internet Web site of the airport a telephone number to receive aviation noise complaints related to the airport.
