## SEC. 223 EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS **[**[49 U.S.C. 106 note](/us/usc/t49/s106)**]** The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall make payments to the Department of Defense for the education of dependent children of those Administration employees in Puerto Rico and Guam as they are subject to transfer by policy and practice and meet the eligibility requirements of section 2164(c) of title 10, United States Code.
